I had surgery for a low and small nose. They used 3 mm silicone for the bridge, and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage for the tip. I emphasized the tip, but only the bridge got higher.. It's been 2 years since the surgery now, and the cartilage at the tip is visible and the shape has become a bit crooked.. I'm thinking about revision surgery. Recently my nose has felt tight and has been getting red often, so I went to the hospital thinking it might be contracture, but they said there was no problem with my nose and told me to raise the tip even more. They said it would cost more, but honestly I don't have the money, so I don't think I can do it. If I do it, it will probably be at a different hospital And every time I go, the waiting time is insanely long..
