I'm considering a nose revision at Weaver. The kindness and professionalism I felt during my first surgery changed in the revision consultation into a feeling that they were trying to send me away by saying that nothing was wrong somehow, and I was hurt a lot. I also waited two hours, so I left thinking, what did I even come here for today? It's a clinic with a lot of reviews saying the results look natural, and the surgery result really is natural! But it fell short of the level of improvement I wanted for my complex, so I requested a revision. Honestly, lying on the operating table one more time is not a pleasant experience, but because I wasn't satisfied with the result, I gathered my courage and made the difficult decision to seek revision again. Both the coordinator and the doctor only said that with cosmetic surgery you can't know how the result will turn out, so they couldn't guarantee the shape, and they could only improve it slightly from the current result, but there would be an extra fee. That made me think, then they shouldn't have boasted so confidently that the first surgery would turn out pretty in the first place.. In the end, I was told that if I want a revision, I have to pay extra and wait because they're booked through March, and I came back after hearing that. If anyone plans to get surgery at Weaver, the doctor has a very fixed surgery style, so I recommend strongly stating exactly what you want. If there is no sign that they will reflect your requests, I recommend considering another clinic. Waiting for a revision and the pressure of having to do it again even though you might still not get better is more tiring than I expected.
