Maybe I was lucky, but I was 30 minutes late and got to see the director right away with no wait. The staff were kind, and the deposit part was better than the previous hospital, so I had a good impression. The director is rather blunt, so it's a little hard to strike up a conversation, but the consultation itself went smoothly and well.
