I made a consultation appointment and went, then waited for hours, but I kept hearing only the consultation manager say it was being delayed because there had apparently been surgery right before, and I left. I didn't consult with the doctor, but was made to consult with the consultation manager, and after wasting hours I finally got out.. Consultation was not good
