Before surgery, my nose was truly a hopeless case: a bulbous nose, upturned nose, short nose, and wide nostrils. In fact, one hospital even refused to operate the moment they saw it. Then I found this hospital, and the director looked at my nose and said I had come to the right place, and consulted me confidently and scheduled the surgery. At first I had really high expectations. But after the surgery, I was not that satisfied with the result. The silicone was inserted a bit too much, the bulbous nose barely improved, and although the upturned nose did come down compared to before, my nostrils are still clearly visible from the front. The nostrils were also reduced less than I wanted. Functionally I have been fine without side effects, but aesthetically, honestly, I am not satisfied.
