I had a consultation about scar removal. They carefully looked at the scar area and checked it with me on the monitor, and instead of just saying it would definitely be treatable, they honestly said that if it can't be done, it can't be done, and that even with treatment it probably wouldn't improve much. I liked that. The consultation was also long, which made me trust them more.
