It's been about 4 years since I had double eyelid surgery with buried sutures at Geo, and the conclusion is that I'm beyond satisfied. I have a fair amount of eyelid fat, so other clinics all said incision was needed, but the director said to just go with buried sutures and that incision wasn't necessary. I think it turned out well without ruining my naturally gentle impression. It's so natural that no one would ever know unless I said it first! (It's been quite a while since the surgery, so I'm not sure about the cost.)
