I heard someone got hurt by the doctor's blunt honesty, but it was just more like, 'if it can't be done, it can't be done.' Honestly, being straightforward is better. The manager also explained things while showing me photos, and overall it was fine. The downside is that even just getting a consultation took over a month, so you have to call as early as possible.
