The director was very serious, cautious, and kind. He listened to my opinions well, but rather than giving a diagnosis after looking at my face, it felt more like, "If you want it, do it; if not, don't," so I had to make all the decisions myself, which made it feel like there was no clear confidence, and that was disappointing. The head coordinator was also fairly kind and answered questions well.
