The consultation manager felt less kind than the director, but I liked that there was no pressure. The director's consultation seemed to identify my eye problems well, which I liked, but while his confidence was reassuring, he seemed so confident that I also felt anxious about whether the result would really live up to it Still, from a patient's perspective, they spoke positively and that was reassuring at first!
