Review

I cried a lot after the consultation with the director. Then I cried a lot again after the manager said something to me. I think consultation skills and warmth are separate from surgical results, so I didn’t feel they were particularly important. They said the tip of my nose might turn up, or it might droop. They said they could perform complete removal if I wanted. At the time, it was my first consultation about complete removal, and I was still deliberating over whether to put in a support structure, so I don’t think the consultation went smoothly. That may be why the consultation with the director felt even colder. I’d like to go for one more consultation.
