I went for a consultation about removing all the nasal implants, but the consultation manager left me feeling flustered. I know she has worked with the surgeon for a long time, but you all know the type, right? That distinctive “I know everything” attitude of a manager. Even though I was the only consultation patient, she came in during my consultation with the surgeon, cut it short by saying it had gone on too long, and sent me out. On top of that, the consultation with the surgeon ended without any clear, essential solution, leaving me uneasy.
