The director was firm. He clearly said no when something couldn’t be done, and I trusted him because there was no overtreatment. The manager was kind, and she showed me a lot of before-and-after photos on the computer, which was helpful. However, what she said was a little different from what the director said, so I was confused.. There was no pressure to make a surgery reservation.
