I asked the director a question, and he laughed in a way that felt unpleasant, saying what did I mean by that and that he didn’t understand it. I had asked the same question at another clinic too.. The manager was just so-so, and I felt like even if I had surgery, I wouldn’t be able to communicate with the director, so I left quickly.
