I’m planning to have surgery with a natural look rather than a flashy one There are bones protruding on both sides of my nose (some people call it a side hump?), and correcting that is what I want most. From the front or side, my nose looks too flat, so I’d just like a little more dimension. They didn’t mention regular silicone at all They said that because my nasal bridge is tilted, it would be good to correct it by inserting custom silicone in the opposite direction They said my skin is thin, so the shape of the silicone may show later, but if I do custom silicone, it can be fixed without lifting, so there’s no chance of it becoming chalky/outlined - Materials: ㅇㄴ-fit silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage - Price: 4.62 million won under the condition of providing partial photos and writing a review (the most expensive among the 6 places...)
In conclusion, I want to go in a direction without osteotomy, and I’m not keen on using donated costal cartilage from my first surgery, so I’m thinking of ㄷㄹ and ㅇㅂㄹ as my final candidates. Since my skin is thin, I’m worried the silicone shape will show later, so I want to do custom silicone at ㅇㅂㄹ, but why are there so many private comments on posts related to ㅇㅂㄹ??? Can someone share what they say ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ And it’s so expensive, could I possibly get more of a discount ㅠㅠ Has anyone here had surgery at ㅇㅂㄹ??
