It feels so long ago already.. I had it done with septal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone. I originally had a short nose and an upturned nose, and honestly, at first I was happy just that my nose had become higher, but as time passed, I gradually started to notice the downsides. Rather than downsides, maybe things I hadn’t thought about back then? If I were to have surgery again, I would pay attention to these two things: making sure the nostrils don’t show from the front, and making sure the columella line doesn’t look too artificial.. For people getting their first nose surgery now, !nostrils from the front! I think that’s the most important thing..
