It was a clinic I went to for revision surgery after things went badly at another hospital. I had it done a long time ago, and back then my belly button was such a mess that I had surgery at a place that said revision was possible. They at least restored the ruined belly button pretty well. Maybe because there wasn't enough loose skin, the surgical scar is visible on the belly button
