After surgery to lower an old high line, I've been dealing with lagophthalmos and lid retraction. I asked for the double eyelid line to be made just a little lower, but it was lowered too much and became a hidden double eyelid, so when I mentioned it, they said it was because the skin at the inner corner of the eye had sagged and that it would need to be excised, so they even did skin excision... Even though I had lagophthalmos, I had skin excision.
