They said that if AS is needed, I would absolutely consult with the director before proceeding, so I trusted them and went ahead. But in the end, I am dissatisfied with every treated area and am considering revision surgery at another clinic. I explained the parts I was unhappy with, but there was no consideration of AS at all, so I don't understand why AS even exists...
