I visited after a friend's surgery because they recommended it. The consultation was done in the order of manager -> director -> manager. The director was backed up with procedures, so there was some waiting time, but they were kind, took a long consultation, and explained everything I asked about in detail. The manager recommended eye correction, but the director said it wasn't necessary and did not recommend it. They were honest about things that weren't possible, which I appreciated. They emphasized a discount for writing a review, but there was no pressure. This was a place I seriously considered until the end.
