I consulted with Director ㅇㄱㅇ about a contracture nose. He took his time and did the consultation carefully at the scheduled time, and he seemed very confident! But the consultation manager’s way of speaking felt somehow not like customer service? It felt a bit like things were being tossed out casually and lightly, which made me a little uncomfortableㅠ It would be nice if they were kind to all surgical patients, but revision patients in particular are going to consultations more nervous than anyone else, after researching a lot and gathering courage.. I think it would be better if they paid a little more attention and didn’t rush as if they had no timeㅠ I’ve set a surgery date, but I’m worried because there isn’t much informationㅠ
