My nasal tip looked very droopy, my bulbous nose was severe when I smiled, and when I looked only at my nose, it was so unattractive and gave me a masculine image, so I had been very stressed about it I had been living without really knowing much about plastic surgery, but I had surgery after an acquaintance introduced me, and even just getting my nose done definitely improved my image a lot to a more feminine one.
