The employee who answered the phone for the first consultation booking was a bit rude and full of annoyance, and kept trying to cut me off whenever I tried to ask questions. The employee who called to confirm the second consultation booking was kinder than the first one. After arriving at the hospital and waiting a bit, I had a consultation with the manager; she was incredibly kind and explained everything I asked about in a very detailed way. Then I had a consultation with the director about nose surgery - the explanation was good, but he seemed just a tiny bit mechanical and annoyed, or maybe just tired?...
