The director explained things with easy-to-understand examples and carefully looked at what kind of eyes I have while explaining. He also explained in detail how the surgery would be carried out. The clinic facilities were very clean, and the director kept asking if there was anything else I was curious about. The consultation manager also gave me the impression of being kind.
