I thought I had a lot of fat around my eyes, but they said I didn’t have that much and that natural adhesion would be enough. At other places they recommended partial incision, but since it was my first surgery, incision felt too burdensome, so I went with natural adhesion here. I definitely think I made the right choice to do natural adhesion; it looks natural.
