It’s been 2 months since I had LAMS on the entire anterior abdomen! I’ve lost a total of 7 kg in weight and 8.5 cm from my abdominal circumference! The director said I’m managing well and losing weight, and encouraged and motivated me, saying it’s because I’m doing well haha Because for the past 1-2 weeks, I’ve been in a plateau and my weight hasn’t gone down, so I was having a bit of a hard time ㅠㅠ My weight isn’t going down, but my circumference keeps shrinking, so I was finding it fascinating. When I was getting aftercare, the nurse said, “Your circumference will keep shrinking~” And she said, “Instead, if your weight drops, your belly will shrink that much more!” So I’m going to work hard on my diet and exercise again ㅠㅠ
Since summer is approaching, clothes are getting thinner, so I went to buy clothes. Before the LAMS diet, I wore L-XL tops, but now even M fits comfortably with room! So fascinating haha The last photo is an M top, isn’t it pretty?!
For bottoms, I used to wear XL-2XL, but now I wear L! The diet continues until the day I wear M and then S!! ㅠㅠ
