I only had 1 mm of silicone inserted, just as the doctor said, without being greedy. There was almost no swelling, and after the stitches were removed, no one noticed anything except the surgical marks. But on the day of surgery it was hell... it hurt so, so much ㅠㅠ I don't think I could ever do it again, absolutely not. I'm so satisfied now.
