The doctor came to the private consultation room, explained the features of my eyes, and explained how the candy canthoplasty would be performed. There are stages that can be lowered, and I thought lowering them too much would look unnatural, so I chose a moderate middle stage, but a few months later the corners of my eyes had risen back up to some extent. That was a little disappointing. I did not get bruising or anything like that, but from the next day there was some swelling, and opening and closing my eyes felt a bit stiff, and my expression became very unnatural, so the recovery period took about a week.
