About 10 years ago, I had my first eye and nose surgery, and after the double eyelid fold came undone, I had eye revision surgery about 2 years later. Even though I had surgery twice, the uneven eyes still could not be corrected. There is the advantage that both the eyes and nose look natural, but for people hoping for a big change, it may be a disadvantage.
