I had the non-incisional buried-suture method done naturally and lived well for 10 years, to the point that really no one could tell I’d had surgery. Then my skin started sagging, and recklessly I got an incisional procedure with excision and ptosis correction. The result was a high line and an enormous amount of scar tissue....
If at all possible, don’t do an incisional procedure; do the buried-suture method
I’m sad because now that I’m looking into a third revision, it has to be incisional no matter what
