Because of that, the staff seemed more businesslike than at other places too. The director’s consultation also felt more like drawing a line than explaining the surgery method in detail?... Even though I knew someone who had surgery here and it turned out okay, I already had the impression that there were too many people and it would be chaotic, so I remember deleting it from my list right after the consultation...
