The manager in charge was incredibly kind The front desk staff were average, a bit blunt The director wasn't the warm and gentle type either he spoke very directly and explained in detail which procedure would be done and how much would be injected drawing a breast diagram as he explained. While talking about the event, there was pressure to make a same-day reservation.
