The manager in charge was extremely kind. The desk staff were average and somewhat blunt. The director wasn't the soft, gentle type, just said things plainly and explained how much would go into which procedure. They drew a breast diagram and explained it in quite a detailed way. There was talk of the event price, and they pressured me to book that day.
