I had it done about 5 years ago. Back then, it was just because a friend who was basically an Instagram celeb had surgery and was satisfied afterward, so I got introduced and went and got it done pretty cheaply.. Anyway, when I had the surgery it wasn’t under sleep anesthesia but local anesthesia, so I could feel everything vividly and it was really painful.. The D-shaped scar didn’t remain, but there was a straight? worm-like line under my eye for about a year, so I had to cover it with makeup ㅠ Now, 5 years later, it’s not even about the scar - my back canthoplasty seems to be very slightly about to stick back together again, but since it’s such a high-risk procedure, I’m satisfied just with the fact that the surgery was done this much, the scar is gone now, and I more or less got a lower canthoplasty..ㅎ
