I went along because of my younger sibling’s consultation, and the manager was really kind. The director also seemed busy, but was kind~ I had originally booked only an eye consultation and asked whether contouring consultation might also be possible, but because of the director’s schedule they said consultation would be difficult, and, apologizing a lot, the manager handled the contouring consultation. The contouring consultation wasn’t even planned, but they were so kind that I was surprised and moved.
