The director and the consultation manager said different things. So my trust dropped a lot. Isn’t the director the one who does the surgery? Does that mean the manager is coaching the director? Then who is taking responsibility for my face? I don’t understand. I trust the director, but the explanations are a bit vague. The manager gives clear explanations, but I don’t trust them. If I say I looked into several places and came here, they look down on me and say I just looked it up on the internet. It feels like they want to lecture people.
