I went to this clinic for a consultation, and the consultation manager helped me. She wasn't super warm, but she was still pretty kind. It felt more like kindness that was being pushed just to secure a booking somehow..? In any case, the way she kept recommending things felt a bit much, so I ended up just having the consultation and didn't go ahead with surgery.
