I went to this hospital for a consultation. The consultation director handled it for me. She was not exactly very warm, but still on the kind side. But it felt like forced kindness, like she was trying to get one case no matter what..? Anyway, the recommendations felt a bit pushy, so I only had the consultation and did not go ahead with surgery.
