I originally had very faint inner double eyelids, and because I had fat on my upper eyelids + Mongolian folds, I had incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty done together. I had the surgery in September 2021, and since it was done with an incision, it took about a month for the major swelling to go down.. but I think the minor swelling took almost more than 6 months.. It did not take a full year! They also designed the line to suit my face very well, so my eyes do not look unnatural. They are not extremely pretty or anything, but if the line had been made any higher than this, I think it would have looked really unnatural.. One thing I regret is that my eyes are slightly short and rounded, but the clinic said I did not really need lateral canthoplasty, so I did not do it.. haha Maybe that is just greed, depending on how you look at it? Now that it has been almost 2 years, it has settled very naturally and well haha I did quite a lot of research, and I am satisfied because the result is pretty good! The doctor who did mine seems to have moved to another clinic, because I do not see them at that clinic anymore..
