I used to be totally ignorant and knew nothing about plastic surgery, but I got a lot of information and help from this community, so I'm writing this before I go. Since this is my first surgery, I definitely wanted a natural in-out line. I have a slightly larger inner double eyelid, but fat and skin above my eyes cover it. So I was thinking about epicanthoplasty + someday, a forehead lift..
1. Sinsa ㅊㄴ Director/consultant Director - Very knowledgeable anatomically - Showed me several cases - Kindly answered questions well - Really felt like a professor - Incision + epicanthoplasty Consultant - No pressure to pay a deposit - 1 year AS, scar-tissue injections 2-3 times - Local anesthesia Overall: A private clinic on the pricier side. I recommend it as a first consultation for someone like me who has absolutely no knowledge

Gangnam ㅇㅇㅇ Consultant/director/consultant Director - Recommended ptosis correction, but it seemed to be more strongly for cosmetic purposes - The consultation was more about aesthetics than the anatomy of my eyes - I was planning to do epicanthoplasty, but they said my horizontal width was enough, so we should raise the vertical height more - Drew the line very prettily - Non-incisional double eyelid + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction + fat removal Consultant - Deposit pressure 0 - 2 years AS, scar-tissue injections are free after consultation with the doctor - Local anesthesia after sedation Overall: They charge separately for fat removal + if you don't know what should be done to your eyes, try going.. They evaluate aesthetics well
3. ㄸㅋ - ㄱㅎㅅ Consultant/director/consultant Director - Drew the lines amazingly well (drew 3 lines, and if you were unsure, also drew lines in between; I found the line I wanted here) - Recommended the fewest surgical methods among all the doctors I met - Rather than sweet, it felt like cynically kind - Recommended a forehead lift later after non-incisional double eyelid surgery Consultant - No pressure to pay a deposit - 1 year AS, no swelling injections because it is non-incisional - Local anesthesia after sedation Overall: People of various ages come here, feels like a large hospital
4. ㅋㅋ Consultant/director/consultant Director - The line was glamorous by my standards.. to the point it felt a bit overwhelming.. - Examined carefully - Explained anatomically why my eyes open like this, what I need, and what is lacking - It felt like they understood my needs during the earlier consultation with the consultant and tailored the consultation accordingly… - Non-incisional double eyelid + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction Consultant - Reservation pressure 0 - 1 year AS, swelling injection around 1-2 weeks Overall: I recommend going if you want a medical diagnosis of your eyes
5. ㄴㅅㅎ - ㄱㄷㅎ Consultant/director/consultant - I heard through acquaintances of acquaintances that they manage patients very meticulously here Director - The line felt overwhelming by my standards - Seemed a bit tired + the friend who went with me said the attitude was very… like that - Recommended natural adhesion double eyelid + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty + fat removal - Very cynical — The line was just not good from the start, so I didn't ask this and that.. haha Overall: Still, since it's famous, I recommend everyone try going once. Here.. if only the line had been good, I would have done it here
6. ㄱㅎㅅ Director/consultant Director - Gave me three solutions - The line… felt overwhelming by my standards - Had tremendous medical knowledge.. - Even though I had the consultation right after surgery, they were very kind, but they clearly said no to things that couldn't be done - Strongly recommended non-incisional ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty. Best would be incision + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty Consultant - 2 years AS - Scar-tissue injections provided after discussion with the doctor - They were older, and somehow seemed extremely experienced, so it was comfortable to talk Overall: If you're curious about a medical opinion, definitely go. It feels different from clinics 1 and 4 above
What I felt while consultation-hopping was that I really do have to go to consultations myself.. And when I wrote that the lines felt overwhelming, it's because my taste is an outline closer to an inline... Also, my eyes are not exactly easy eyes to make a line on! Please read with that in mind~ I've already had surgery, and I'm on day 3… If you have tips to reduce swelling quickly, please let me know! Thanks for reading, next time I'll bring a surgery review..
