Looking at my eyes, they recommended the usual incision method, and although they strongly advised others against a lift, they recommended it for me, so I was a bit confused. But it did not feel like the director was only saying pleasant things; I felt like they were talking only about the results that could realistically be achieved based on my eyes, and I trust them because I thought they were the most honest about that.
