When I first visited, it was when the director was there alone. During the consultation, I asked a ton of impromptu questions in addition to the ones I had prepared, but she kindly explained everything in full. I think I spent about 30 minutes in consultation with the director. From the surgery process to the recovery, all the staff were kind, and the director treated me in a relaxed way, almost like a friend's dad, which I liked. A friend saw my results and went and got it done too. It has now been about 3 to 4 years, I think (I don't remember the exact date, but I think I had it done in December 2018), and I am thinking about revision surgery because I am unhappy with the columella area + there is slight cartilage show-through at the tip of my nose. When I had surgery here, they did not do the bridge, only the tip, so maybe that's why it looks really natural; if I don't say I had it fixed first, my friends just think it's a pretty, high nose.
