I visited for a consultation about my first eye surgery. They explained in detail which parts of what I wanted were not possible and what the limitations were. What stood out was that they suggested three different surgical methods. After the consultation, when the patient leaves the exam room, they go out together, hand the consultation chart to the front desk, and come back in, and that process was new to me, so it left an impression The consultation coordinator was really kind. She really felt like an aunt,,, Actually, I had visited planning to have surgery a year earlier, but postponed it because of personal reasons and came back to plan it again this time. When I went back, the consultation coordinator was still the same, which made me trust them more. The clinic where I had my first nose surgery had a different consultation coordinator at the 3-month follow-up than at the consultation, so I had a bit of distrust toward plastic surgery clinics..
