I had surgery for a hump nose and crooked nose about 5 years ago, and while the shape of my nostrils and bridge is not completely symmetrical, I’m satisfied. At first, when I looked from the left and right sides, it was a straight nose, but as time passed, for some reason a slight hump appeared I’m not sure whether the tip dropped.
