I went in for a revision surgery, and the front desk manager was very rude, while the consultation manager was at least kind. They took a CT scan and a front-facing photo, then I met with the doctor. Whether it was the doctor's own style or an explanation tailored to my case, he gave me a surgical direction and Photoshopped the post-op line onto the front photo to show me. I couldn't really feel much difference before and after, so I ended up only paying the consultation fee, which was disappointing.
