2-week review after the first round of breast fat grafting at Skyline Clinic

It’s already been about 2 weeks since my first breast fat grafting at Skyline Clinic haha. Time really flies. At first I had bruising and swelling, and my breasts felt a bit firm, so I wondered when they would become natural. But now almost all the bruising and swelling have gone down, and the firm feeling is mostly gone too. When I touch them now, they just feel like my own flesh, so I think they’ve become more natural than I expected. What I worried about most was that fat grafting supposedly shrinks a lot as swelling goes down, including the breasts. I had heard that from people around me too, so I kept worrying even after surgery. But so far, even though the swelling has gone down, they haven’t shrunk as much as I expected, which is a relief. It’s still only the 2-week mark, so I’ll need to watch a bit longer, but for now I’m quite satisfied. After surgery they told me to eat well and not diet, so I just kept eating well this whole time. I did gain a little weight, but I don’t regret it because it feels like the fat has settled well in my breasts. haha. Honestly, if I had dieted unnecessarily, I think I would have regretted it. It hasn’t fully settled yet, so I need to wait a bit longer, but up to now the recovery has been better than I worried about and I’m happy with the result. I only did the first round, but I’m more satisfied than I expected, so I’m thinking of doing a second round around autumn or winter. For now, I’m extremely satisfied at the 2-week point, and I’m looking forward to it settling even more naturally :)
