Hi!I had previously posted a scouting review because I was planning to do lipo plus fat grafting, and I had surgery at MDS, so here’s my review! First, I was very satisfied with the consultations with the coordinator and the doctor, so I decided to go with them. For the consultation review, please see my previous post! My surgery was on 8/11 at 10:00 a.m., and I had to bring 100,000 won in cash for the compression garment! After arriving, I paid the surgery fee excluding the deposit, had pre-op photos taken, filled out the consent forms, had the doctor do the design, and then went into surgery. I originally only planned to do the first round, but since I wanted to do a second round if possible, I asked them to remove as much fat as possible. They said that even if they only used my abdomen and thighs, one round might not be enough, and they might have to harvest from my arms too, but thankfully they did not need to do my arms. I went into the operating room and fell asleep right away. The surgery took about 3 hours, and when I woke up I was already dressed in the compression garment! After the anesthesia wore off, they took photos and sent me home. I liked that they explained how to disinfect the surgical sites, how much fat had been suctioned, how much was injected into each breast, and even the cell count. They prescribed a week’s worth of painkillers, antibiotics, and other meds, so I just had to take those and that was it! In total, 1200 cc was removed, 280 cc was injected into both breasts, and the cell count came out to around 87%. There was only 100 cc of fat left, so if I want a second round I’ll need another liposuction session Before surgery, my underbust was 68 cm and my upper bust was 80 cm, about an A to B cup range, but I barely had any upper breast volume.. Right after surgery, my underbust was 68 cm and upper bust was 85 cm, so I was almost a D cup... In my opinion it looked too big and too firm, which felt odd, but also kind of nice because it was big. After surgery, the thigh and abdomen lipo areas were not dramatic; they were more like line refinement. I work in an office, so I went back to work the next day, and I just felt some pulling in my thighs. It was only a little hard to sit down and stand up, but daily life was totally possible! I barely had any breast pain except for occasional stinging, so I don’t think there’s much to worry about. At first the texture was swollen and hard, but now, two weeks later, the swelling is going down and it’s getting softer! One week after surgery my bust measurement was 69/84, and now at two weeks it’s about 68/83-84 cm! I want it to stop shrinking, but since I’m trying hard to gain weight for round two, I’m feeling less stressed. The pre- and post-op bras had no gathering function at all! I was told not to compress the breasts because it’s bad for them Oh, and for the scars: I had liposuction done with the FS technique, with one incision inside the belly button and one between the tailbone area, and the breast fat grafting scars are only under both nipples and in both armpits. Because of my hip anatomy, they said if they made the incision between the tailbone and above the anus, the wound might not heal well, so they placed it higher up by the tailbone, which means it is visible from the outside Honestly I was startled because I hadn’t heard that during consultation, but they said that can happen. If you consult with them, make sure to ask the doctor specifically about this point regarding the FS technique! Also, don’t worry about the scar inside the belly button, since it won’t show. Aftercare starts from 2 weeks after surgery. On that day they removed the stitches, then did radiofrequency on the lipo areas and a breast regeneration laser for 20 minutes each. I also got one PRP booster session as a free add-on, so I did that too. It was done under sleep anesthesia so it didn’t hurt, but once the anesthesia wore off I felt super dizzy and exhausted, so next time I’m planning to just use numbing cream. There aren’t many reviews for this hospital here, but if you go to their website there are detailed explanations about the surgery and PRP injections, and you can see before-and-after photos and reviews on the site, so I used that a lot for reference! There are also lots of videos on YouTube, so check them out if you’re curious! Personally, I’m satisfied because it looks natural! The price is reasonable, aftercare is good, and I asked a lot about scarring and they answered everything kindly I think the surgery went well, so I hope everyone gets great breast gains! Oh, I’m the type who doesn’t gain or lose weight easily! After surgery, I ate three proper meals with plenty of protein and slept a lot. I’ll come back with a one-month review when a month has passed! If you leave questions in the comments, I’ll answer them even if it’s late! I hope this helps everyone!
