I do not want the full three types, just want the cheekbones shaved a bit. If the skin is thick, does sagging happen less? I cannot really tell whether my cheeks look puffy because of the cheekbones or because of baby fat. I also thought about facial fat removal, but I think cheekbone contouring would definitely be more dramatic than fat removal.
