Nose Re-Surgery

The more consultations I have, the less I can make up my mind... please help me

It was surgery from a very long time ago, so it is congenital and I do not remember it, and I do not have photos either. From what I remember, my nose bridge was low, and it was not a hump with a bend in the middle, but a hump only from the nasal bone protrusion; the tip and alar base were pretty. I had surgery because the hump in the middle of my nose and my low nose were stressing me out. I currently have no contracture or inflammation, and I am thinking of removing it because I am anxious. 1. On palpation, if there had been a hump, there would be a depression in the middle of the nasal bone, so to correct that area, it would need to be rasped down on the side. Keep the septum, and only adjust the height of the tip. If the 4 mm silicone is removed, it will become much lower. Surgery to lower it while preserving the septal support at the tip or the tip itself. 2. Remove everything completely, leave nothing behind. Since my nostrils are currently visible, I think it would be fine to lower only the tip a little. On ultrasound, it looks like some hump remains. But even if that shows, I think it would still look naturally pretty. 3. Leave the tip. If the silicone is removed, it will become extremely low. Rasp the hump If anything, it will probably end up lower than my original nose. If I hate implants, I should at least have Megaderm inserted. Honestly, I want complete removal, but I am also scared of ending up looking worse if it gets too low. If it is just a matter of refining the hump on my original nose, I would remove everything without hesitation, but I do not know how much of the hump was actually rasped away, and the tip has already been altered, so I am scared whether it is okay to remove that too, and I cannot decide None of the three places I went to had a CT scan I am really confused. Please give me advice
