8 years ago, I only had nose tip cartilage suturing, and there were no implants or cartilage grafts at all, just cartilage tied together. Since early this year, the left tip of my nose has been swollen and stabbing, and I took antibiotics temporarily at the time. What scares me is nasal dryness. For the past year I have been on leave, exhausted by severe nasal dryness, and I have given up on everything in life, but I am terrified that if I have revision surgery and open the nose again and take antibiotics again, my nose will get even drier.. Has anyone had inflammation after only nose tip cartilage suturing?
